Follow Interstate 40 East to Wilmington.
Interstate 40 becomes College Road.
Follow College Road through Wilmington, going towards Carolina Beach, until you reach the intersection of College Road and Carolina Beach Road.
Just past the Wal – Mart Shopping Center, veer to the right onto Carolina Beach Road.
Follow Carolina Beach Road to the second stoplight (just past the church with the big silver cross out front) and turn left onto Silva Terra Drive.
Take the first right into Linden Ridge.
FROM MYRTLE BEACH
Take King’s Highway / Highway 17 North to Wilmington.
Go over the Memorial Bridge and take a right at the light onto Third Street.
Follow Third Street to the stoplight at the intersection with Carolina Beach Road.
Turn left onto Carolina Beach Road.
Follow Carolina Beach Road for approximately 5 miles.
Turn right onto Silva Terra Drive.
Take the first right into Linden Ridge.
FROM CHARLOTTE
Take Highway 74 / 76 East towards Wilmington.
Follow Highway 74 / 76 East until it merges with Highway 17 North.
Follow Highway 17 North into Wilmington.
After you cross the Memorial Bridge turn right at the stoplight and follow Third Street to the intersection with Carolina Beach Road.
Turn left onto Carolina Beach Road.
Follow Carolina Beach Road for approximately 5 miles.
Turn right onto Silva Terra Drive.
Take the first right into Linden Ridge.
FROM JACKSONVILLE
Take Highway 17 South into Wilmington.
Highway 17 becomes Market Street.
Follow Market Street to the intersection with College Road.
Follow College Road through Wilmington, going towards Carolina Beach, until you reach the intersection of College Road and Carolina Beach Road.

FROM THE AIRPORT
Leave Wilmington International Airport via Airport Boulevard and turn left onto 23rd Street.
Turn right onto Market Street / Highway 17.
Turn left onto 16th Street. 16th Street becomes 17th Street.
Follow 17th until you take a right onto Independence Boulevard (PPD offices will be on your left).
Follow Independence Boulevard to the intersection with Carolina Beach Road.
Turn left onto Carolina Beach Road.
Turn right onto Silva Terra Drive.
Take the first right into Linden Ridge.
